  Though it was early in the morning, and some people are not morning people.You would not be able to tell with this young lady or this technician If she was or wasn't because she was very professional and warm and definitely approachable.Not to mention what would seem to be most important to many.She Gave a great stick.... The office space was very very clean. I arrived on time and she did her job on time and in a very quick manner.

  If i could give this place 0 stars I truly would. I made an appointment for 7:20 AM. My location states on their door they are open from 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Fridays. I got here around 7:00 AM and did the check in through my phone. The worker was late pulling in at 7:30 AM. Me and another individual walk in behind her after she unlocks the door and she doesn’t turn any lights on in the waiting area just goes to the back and turns her lights on. Still sitting in the dark in here. The individual who walked in with me had an appointment before me which he was told he was late too but he couldn’t get in to check in so when the one worker came out and called me I told her I believed he should go first. She immediately had an attitude stating she is going off of what she can see not even taking into consideration the fact she was late and that is the reason he was deemed late to his appointment. I work in Health Care and the attitudes and professionalism this place has is some of the worst I have ever seen. These people do not care, they have no interest in being here or helping people and it shows. I would NEVER recommend Quest Labs to anyone.

  Billing is a joke.What labs I had done was triple what is usually cost me. LabCorp is way cheaper. I had Blue Cross too.

  The young lady who pulled my labs this morning was very friendly, very professional, spoke to me with care/kindness and a great sticker! I believe her name is Tyere....the lab is super clean and easy to find. I highly recommend it!
