  I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience here left me extremely disappointed and honestly feeling disrespected. As a returning patient who has already spent thousands of dollars with this practice in the past, I came in expecting the same level of professionalism and respect that any long-term patient should receive. During my visit, I simply asked if there was any possibility of a returning-patient or retreatment discount before committing to another large expense. Instead of having a professional conversation about pricing options, I was told that I was being rude for even asking and that if I didn’t want to pay the price, I could go somewhere else. That response was shocking and unnecessary. Negotiating or asking questions about costs—especially for a medical or dental procedure that can cost thousands—is completely reasonable. What disappointed me most was not that they couldn’t offer a discount, but the way the situation was handled. I expected a respectful explanation, not to be dismissed or made to feel like I was doing something wrong by asking. After being a loyal patient and trusting this practice with my care before, this interaction left me feeling undervalued and unwelcome. Professionalism and patient respect should always come first, even when the answer is simply “no.” Because of this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

  Absolutely amazing ! They were able to get my daughter in and her braces on they were very sweet my baby felt so comfortable Mrs.rutlege took very good care of my daughter !

  😁After 4 yrs, I am truly happy with my results. It's been a long road and the struggle was real😜. Wanting to have a smile worth showing, with my mom and dad knowing it was there all along. University Orthodontics (Tuscaloosa AL) helped along the way and it gives me more confidence with every-single-smile.
