The doctors and in nurses are great in pediatrics. But why can't when you call a receptionist answer the call instead of the operators. I always have to wait for a call back just to speak to someone.

I recently saw Dr. Watson at UMC. The day after I submitted my request to become a patient they called me back and I saw the Dr the same week. Dr Watson was caring and most of all LISTENED to my problems I was having. Even though I had to end up seeing a specialist I was really impressed just by her willingness to at least listen and at try to figure out what was wrong with me. All in all a positive experience.

I have called over 5 times in the last month to get very important prescriptions refilled and have never gotten a call back, or the prescriptions refilled. It has been over a month I have been without ALL of my very important medications for my health and I am still just being sent to an automated message and have never heard back. This is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a doctors office and it’s completely unacceptable. I will be transferring to a new primary care physician as soon as possible.
