Dr. Cook is truly exceptional! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Katrina with excellent service and a friendly atmosphere. Dr. Cook takes time to explain everything clearly, offers practical advice that’s easy to follow, and genuinely listens to your concerns. He’s approachable, knowledgeable, and makes you feel completely at ease throughout the visit. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines expertise with such genuine care — highly recommend!

A pleasant setting with very helpful employees who guided me in choosing a new frame, finding the best discount (in my case AAA), and helping me understand and choose the best form of "Transitions." I also learned about the new AI glasses and what they can do.

Myron was super helpful! I got my nose piece replaced and he tightened my other pair as well. Super accommodating and easy process. I only go to lenscrafters and this makes it easy to come back.

The eye glass selection was unmatched. However, the first employee that welcomed me in was nice, but mislead me. I asked if they took VSP insurance, and he told me yes. What he didn’t tell me was that it was out of network! So what that means is I had to pay almost double what I would have paid if I had used an in network optical. If I had been told that it was out of network and I still made the decision to order my glasses there, then that was on me. Aside from that, they had good customer service and fast turnaround time.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
