  Wasted my time! Your nurse wouldn’t let me donate after wasting hours of my day! I was sent to a chair to donate then told I had to leave. I needed money to buy my kids Christmas. I was desperate. Made me go through that whole process just to get my hopes up. I’m highly disappointed and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

  I’ve been donating here for about a 6 months. I don’t bother anyone or cause trouble but that Nikki will harass the hell out of you. Her birthday was back in October and she asked me to get some for her birthday. Then when I came back after her birthday she was like I didn’t get nun for my birthday yet. I had to call today about my payment she answered then immediately asked me what was I getting her for Christmas SMH. I’m trying to get paid for my donation she begging for gifts. THAT LADY THERE IS TOP TEIR ANNOYING. She always begging donors for stuff and when we don’t do it she threaten to defer us. Yall need to do something about this.

  If I could give 0 I would. The SEVERE lack of communication is only a small part of it. After just 1 donation on Wednesday December 10, 2025 I was I was eligible to come back on the following Saturday only to be told I couldn't donate for another week AFTER I drove there and sat for nearly an hour. I then called on Tuesday December 16, 2025 to check to see when I was eligible and they told me the next day which was Wednesday December 17, 2025. I called to verify so I don't waste a trip, and they told me that something was off on my original donation and I needed to redonate and I would not be compensated for it. REALLY?! They are a waste of time! While they do offer better incentives than Griffols does? It doesn't make up for the lost time and effort due to the extreme lack of communication. I WILL NOT BE BACK!

  The referral system did not work. Very disappointed tried to resolve the issue with management. Manager said that she couldn’t do anything about it because it was the system that generates the referral bonus. Manager told me to comeback it should generate the bonus. Never received it. Tech Chocolate was rude and defensive with me in front on my daughter when and told her about never receiving my bonus. PLEASE DON’T TRUST THE REFERRAL PROGRAM!!

  If I could give a 0...I would! These people wasted 9 hours of my time! It is obviously the color of my skin! Discrimination at its core! I went in last Monday to sign up. The assistant manager, Destiny, verified me online. After being there 3 hours, this rude inept woman came out and told me that I had to have a marriage certificate or a divorce decree. I went back in Saturday and was told I could not donate until today after another three hours. When the nurse called me back here come this loud mouth rude woman telling me once again I had to have a document "BECAUSE MY MIDDLE NAME ON MY LICENSE IS DIFFERENT THAN MY SOCIAL SECURITY CARD which I provided! Then after another 3 hour wait this woman starts putting me back in the computer and NOW I CANT BE VERIFIED ONLINE (REMEMBER THIS HAS ALL BEEN DONE AND VERIFIED BY THEIR ASSISTANT MANAGER!) SO ONCE AGAIN ANOTHER WASTE OF MY TIME AND GAS! This lady had no intentions of allowing me to donate! And clearly it was the color of my skin or the fact that I have a certified service dog! Either way discrimination is a civil rights violation! These people need to be shut down! I will be reporting this business to BBB, FTC, AND ADA as well as the USDOJ! Im not going to be treated this way! I have a service dog and either she is
