  I broke my glasses on Tuesday and was finally able to get an appointment yesterday evening. It was pretty late and they were close to closing, so I honestly didn’t expect to walk out with my glasses the same day. But Britney, the lab manager, made sure I had my new glasses before I left, and I really appreciated that. Corrie was also incredibly sweet and took the time to explain everything Eyemart offers without making me feel rushed, even though it was near closing time. Their customer service truly stood out, and they made what started as a stressful situation so much easier. I’m very thankful for the care and effort they put in to help me. Highly recommend!

  Only one person working. 3 people in line. Stood there 20 mins and no one helped. Didn’t even see any employees. The one they had working was overwhelmed. Lost a customer! 3/4/26 9:30AM
