  The provider did not prescribe any medication for my issue. The wait time was long. Wasted $30/copay

  AFC got me in and out quickly. The staff were nice and friendly. I didn’t have to stay and wait for discharge paperwork as that was emailed to me and my prescription was ready within 10 minutes of me leaving the office.

  The first doctor we saw at American Family Care didn’t catch my son’s double pneumonia. we returned to American Family care midtown in 3 days as our son was growing worse. Thank goodness we saw a different doctor on that 2nd visit. After we finally got back to a room, Doc called ambulance to rush our son to DCH CCU (critical care unit) 2. Just please please please b careful.

  I had a really great experience with Dr. Mari Spenser. She was professional, kind, and everything you hope for in a healthcare provider. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and truly seen. I struggle with ADHD, depression, and anxiety, and I’m still figuring things out, but she made me feel like I’m not alone in that process. That meant more to me than I can fully put into words. I’m really grateful to have found a doctor who listens and genuinely cares.
