Would give them zero stars if I could. On more than one occasion they have charged me a hundred and something dollars months after I visited the place!! This time it has been about six months and I just got charged $184 for a visit that I haven't made. And I checked they have already charged me for the visit six months ago so I have no idea why they took money this time. I had to cancel my debit card!

I have historically had positive experiences at this location; however, my interaction with Brittany Brown on this occasion did not meet expected standards of medical care or professionalism. As a patient diagnosed with sickle cell disease and a low white blood cell count, I am at elevated risk for serious infection and rely on thorough clinical evaluation. During this visit, Ms. Brown did not conduct an adequate assessment. She did not inquire about my symptoms in detail, nor did she perform a physical examination. Notably, my vital signs were not taken at any point during the visit, even after I explicitly reported experiencing a fever for several days. Additionally, communication during the encounter was insufficient. I was repeatedly told that I had a “bacterial infection,” yet no further explanation, diagnostic reasoning, or treatment plan was provided. When I expressed concern regarding the lack of evaluation and indicated that I may leave, the response I received was dismissive and unprofessional. Given the nature of my medical condition, the absence of a basic clinical assessment and clear communication is particularly concerning. I respectfully request that this matter be reviewed, as it raises serious questions about patient safety and quality of care. Thank you for your time and attention to this issue.

Outstanding staff. To be able to have a sense of humor in the profession shows they actually care. Don’t want to, but look forward to possible future visitis
