Experience was good. Wish there was more they could do because I am in excruciating pain and it’s getting worse by the day. I can barely walk now, I can’t sit I can’t lay down. I haven’t slept due to the excruciating pain I’m in.

The kiosk was very helpful, people that doesn't know how to use it need practice, don't blame the nurse or doctor for you not knowing how to use the kiosk, knock on the door next time for assistance, the nurse was very professional.

Always a pleasure coming here. So convenient on the weekends when it's hard to see your child's primary physician. The staff is so friendly and it's definitely super fast every visit. Thank you all for running such a great urgent care!

If I could give this place 1-star I would. Let’s start with check-in, they don’t have a receptionist- you have to check in through a kiosk. This may be fine on a normal day but when you’re feeling bad or dealing with a sick child a kiosk is almost inhumane. Next, let’s discuss the level of care - they have a Nurse Practitioner and a nurse on staff. That’s it. No doctor. The one nurse practitioner they have has seen better days (he seems way overworked). The nurse practitioner prescribed my child, who has asthma, a DM medication. If you know anything at all, you know this is a big no-no. He knew my son has asthma. We showed him his rescue inhaler and talked about the frequency of use, yet still he prescribed a DM. To top it off, he called in the prescription to the wrong pharmacy which caused significant delays in tracking down the prescription. Stay far away from this place and make sure your loved ones do the same. Whomever is over Main Street Urgent Care does not care about the wellbeing of the people.
