  I had called my doctor to get in and as si ck as I was...they said no. So I went to this urgent care center as a walk in and they saw me right away...maybe 10 minutes in the waiting room...maybe another ten minutes to see the doctor... Thank you all so much...I got my medications and feeling better today...

  Had a strange pain in my lower right back/ hip pain. Decided to go to the best place I know. Check in was easy waited only about 20 minutes and straight to the back. The nurses & doctor were very helpful and they always listen to you. Would definitely recommend

  American Family Care exceeded my expectations. The environment was clean, welcoming, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the nurse practitioner provided exceptional care—thorough, attentive, and very precise in addressing my concerns. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit.

  The receptionist was incredibly rude and kept interrupting me whenever I tried to express my concerns. She showed no interest in resolving the issue and instead argued to prove a point, rather than listening to what I was trying to communicate. I would strongly advise against visiting this location.

  God lead me to go there for help because I was feeling sick. I was not just physically sick I was emotional sick. I was welcome when I arrived and the receptionist was very pleasant and professional in helping me to use my phone to log in to fill out their documents. The receptionist, nurse and doctor was very understanding to me once I told them what was hurting my body and got to the root of my problem by asking the right questions and letting me know my pain and feelings were normal because I was dealing with my husband death and I didn't want to talk to anyone about the sadness and pain I was having in my chest each time I cried about missing my love. The staff let me know what I was dealing with the doctor could help. The doctor gave me relief I had a cold and I was dealing with a normal reaction in a death of a love on effecting our bodies in different ways to different people. I didn't want any prescriptions just recommendtion on over the counter cough syrup for my cough and to seek counseling to help with my grievance soon as often as possible because it will take my own personal time to heal my pain so ofen and follow up with my primary doctor on my physical and mental health. I am grateful for professional and empathetic staff at this location because I came in sick and left feeling better knowing that I will get better over time with the recommendation of the doctor there.
