- HFhale familyJan 10, 20245.0Are these folks perfect? No, but no one is. I have had wait times as long as an hour, but my kids and grandkids were always able to entertain themselves watching TV or playing a game on their tablet. I always carry a book with me, in case of wait times anywhere. The key is being prepared. Too many people expect instant gratification these days, no matter the situation. The staff is always friendly (sometimes I can tell that's a struggle), even when my mood hasn't been the best. I have tinnitus, so can't always understand what is being said, so I take one of my kids with me even when it's my appointment so they can help me out. The doctor, nurse practitioner, and nurses have all been great. I won't go anywhere else.
