Dr. Meadows and his staffs are amazing . I have been a patient there almost 20 years there haven't been a time I had bad experience. This year I had issues with my eyesight, when I called they immediately got me in to see the Doctor.

I want contacts, but I wasn’t sure the color. It was between the brown and the green contacts. They did not have any samples at the Prattville office. They sent me to Ann Street and said that they will call ahead and be waiting on me. When I got to the Ann Street location. They had no idea about why I was sent there. The person that handle contacts left for the day. I was completely looking stupid because the Prattville office did not let them know that I was coming. Therefore, the Ann street Location was a tad bit rude and did not even attempt to assist me! The doctor at the Prattville office was so loving so warm and so kind. Dr. Patel was patient and answer all the questions that I had about my eye care and wearing contacts. I heard her assistant ask the front desk to call the Ann street location. But I guess they Didn’t care enough to follow through! So now, I am going to have to leave school early in order to go to the Ann street location to pick out my contacts
