Every instructor has a different style, so the classes never feel repetitive. My favorite classes are with Brigid—I always leave feeling stronger, less stressed, and more energized. Club Pilates has become an important part of my routine, and I can’t recommend it enough.

All the instructors have been phenomenal. I love the variety of classes and I never get bored each class. I get a complete full body workout and challenged. Started coming with my daughter. It’s been a great bonding experience. But I recommend PILATES to anyone, all ages and all body types. There are modifications for all of us. I’m on my way to my 100th class & looking forward to many more
