  If you see NP Myles, RUN. I don’t ever write reviews but the way I was treated just now is appalling. I showed up a day ago for an ear infection, and almost 24 hours later it progressively got worse and started to bleed and radiate excruciating pain throughout my face. I also started to get a fever. I could tell the antibiotics weren’t working and I have a history of sometimes needing to switch up meds because I can be resilient to some antibiotics. She refused to send a different medication. I asked if I could at least get ear drops because of the minor tear in my ear because I’m now having blood drip from my ears. She said you wouldn’t know if it’s a tear without being seen. I said when do you want to see me then? SHE REFUSED TO SEE ME. She literally said “No I don’t want to see you. You need to see somebody else about that”. And she continued to have attitude and talk down to me when I said I didn’t understand why she was doing this. My entire family has medical backgrounds including myself, and it baffles me when I run into someone in the medical field that is so insensitive and rude. She spoke to me as if I was trying to one up her when all I asked was for ear drops because my Ear infection progressed from inner to outer now. She made SUCH a fuss about it all and spoke to me as if I was a villain and this wasn’t her job. I said it’s ear drops not pain killers!!! Like… HUH???! She has no sympathy for patients. I should’ve known when I heard her moaning and groaning as she opened my exam door yesterday like she didn’t want to be there and I’m a waste of time. You are disgraceful and an embarrassment to the facility and medical profession Myles. Get a new job. This isn’t your calling.

  I come here all the time to American deli on my lunch break and the workers are very nice and they know me very well! Food is always good and hot!

  Tierra was fantastic! wait was a little long but that’s typically normal for urgent care. staff was pleasant and place was clean.

  the lady at the front desk was rude. i asked a question she got smart. i called my mom about our insurance and she inserted herself in my conversation trying to run all over me. i told my mom the lady didn’t care about anything i had to say because she was acting cold and stuck up. she inserted herself in my conversation again and I couldn’t hear my mom on my phone who my insurance is through. i had to walk out just so the lady would leave me alone. not what i wanted to deal with when i’m already missing work because i’ve been throwing up all day. never even made it to the back because she doesn’t know how to talk to people.

  It took 2 hours from the time I checked in to actually be seen by someone . All of the staff there was SUPER RUDE !!! I came in with a hurt leg I was BARLEY able to walk . No one offered to help me just pointed to which room I was supposed to go into . They watched me struggle to get to the bathroom or even walk to the X-ray room. OVERALL EXPERIENCE I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK .
