Genuine and took my concerns seriously about my child while also making sure to keep thing lighter for them to smile and feel relaxed. And they make you feel better as a parent too with coffee which we all love❤️
Under no circumstances should you go here. They incorrectly charged me a bill that I don’t owe. You can't get anyone on the phone. They say they will call you back, but when you answer their call it's only hold music playing. They say it's fastest to message in the patient portal, but when you do that, they say they'll call you in 3-5 business days. And they automatically charge your card on file four days after your bill drops. It's a total mess and not worth the headache and unprofessional treatment.

The staff is very friendly, but the medical care was subpar. My medical issues were not properly resolved and I'm currently still having issues that have gotten worse. The nurse practitioner spent about 5 minutes with me and I really didn't receive the care that I needed
Excellent visit to MainStreet Family Care. For an unexpected trip to a 'doc-in-a-box', MainStreet Family Care proves they were more than just that. The automated self check in process using the kiosk and my smart phone, was easy and I immediately knew what my visit's co-payment would be. Minutes after signing in, I was seen by a nurse and then a Dr, both of whom were friendly and professional. In and out in less than 30 minutes! Highly recommend the Pelham MainStreet Family Care for scheduled and unscheduled medical events!

5 star experience going here. The triage nurse who took my vitals & asked symptoms, was great! Shortly after she walked out the Doc walked in & he could clearly see how sick I am so he immediately came up with a plan that’s perfect imo. He’s helping me get better, I have a virus. He recognized my worries too & he took extra precautions knowing my health. I saw the triage nurse before I left for a couple of shots. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my meds & super fast. I’ll hopefully be well soon! I had a unexpected scare a couple hrs ago that I need to talk to u Monday? It’s bc when the triage nurse asked if I was having any lymph node pain I told her no & I said I was certain bc I always feel pain on my right side of my neck prior to hospitalized w/pneumonia I get often. So I do pay attention to my lymph nodes. As soon as I sat down at home before I could take my first bite of supper bc I haven’t had an appetite. I suddenly felt my right side neck not just ache prior to pneumonia like I know but a full blown cramp or contraction in my right side neck lymph nodes & it traveled all the way down under my right arm to my upper lung lobes all cramped or contracted so bad! I panicked & didn’t know what happened but it was a very familiar feeling bc in 2023 when I had covid & pneumonia in those lobes, a few days into treatment @Grandview I felt the same cramping or contracting & the RN told me nothing they could do bc it’s normal with covid. I have to hug myself until it stops. Basically I curl up in fetal position it’s so bad! It happened tonight & scared me. But I’m very happy with my visit today u guys are 5 stars! I’m calling u Mon 3/23/26 bc I need to know if the lymph nodes cramping up on me is normal?
