He explained to both me & my mom what was the issue with her vision (she had bleeding in the back of her eye). He was able to help us and refer us out so my mom could get her surgery asap! The front desk ladies were also super sweet with excellent customer service, overall we had an amazing experience and will diff be bringing my mom back!
