The wait was long but worth it. Doctor explained and thanks us for patient. Never has that happened in any other urgent care.

They wouldn't see my son for a possible broken foot because I wouldn't agree to allow them to charge my credit card whatever they wanted.
They have a $149 cash fee and a $149+"balance" fee but they wont tell you what that balance is prior to agreeing. I told them I would pay the $149 no problem but I couldn't agree to allow them to charge me whatever they want whenever they want and I was told to "take him somewhere else then".

The staff was friendly, though I don’t know that I’d classify them as “great with kids”. Don’t get me wrong, they weren’t bad, but their care lacked the subtleties that I would say make a great children’s doctor. Aside from that, the only true complaint I have is that the wait time was atrociously long despite my having checked in before arriving and chosen an appointment time.

The process of scheduling an appointment was fast and seamless. You register via kiosk and upload everything. Only thing is you’re not greeted by a person until you go to the back but that’s cool. The service is nice and the people are good. It’s fast!

This is only the second time I’ve taken my child to an urgent care, mostly because my first time (at a different facility) was so terrible.
Last night, my son was definitely not well and we were in and out at Kids Street in under an hour. They were extremely efficient, kind and pleasant to work with, and left with clear answers about what’s going on. If we are ever in need of after-hours care again for my son, I know where I’ll be going!
