  The efforts of the staff was efficient and swift. They got me in/out, it didnt take long in the waiting room once I completed the registration (online). Then once they got me back in one of the rooms I didn't wait long before the Nurse Practitioner came in to talk to me & told me the treatment plan for the visit. Once the medicine was administered I was discharged.

  The service to get my TB skin test was fairly quick I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The only thing I would suggest coming from a healthcare worker myself is to listen to your patient. I told the medical assistant who did my test that I preferred to use my non-dominant arm, but she stated no that she was going to use my other arm. I was slightly taken back by this, but wanted to just get it done. I'll be going back to my usual place from now on.
