  I would not recommend this place if you are really not feeling well. Service is very slow. My daughter was triaged around 3:30 pm and placed in a room. All her testing was done immediately. However, at 5:45, we were still awaiting to see a doctor for a physical. I have heard that they treat certain people differently but I never learned until I saw it first-hand. I have been to several urgent cares for other reasons such as flu and covid when there was not anywhere to sit in the waiting room and received better customer service. I was told the physician was behind. I couldn’t process that when it was literally 5 cars outside and 3 people in the waiting room. Atmosphere was quiet and calm. I do not recommend this place. They are exactly who people say they are. A huge inconvenience. Any other place, we would be sitting down for dinner by now.

  My husband went yesturday he was not feeling well from his back one of the nurses ask him about his symptoms when the doctor enter she dind't had any idea about my husband name and when the doctor came She was an unprofessional doctor; she entered the room without having any idea what the problem was, behaved rudely, and tried to make excuses for her lack of professionalism.

  I had a very negative experience at this urgent care. There is nothing urgent about this urgent care. They thought it was appropriate to open Easter Baskets while patients were waiting to be seen. I decided to leave after waiting almost 2 hours and still not being seen by a doctor or nurse. After leaving they called me and asked if I was coming back. They did not apologize for the wait and simply informed me that I will still be charged for the visit. I would not come back here.

  Super great my kid is hard at the doctor and I appreciate all the ladies being patient and nice with her. They were quick and helped me with any problem or concern I have. We will come here from now on! 🩷

  From first contact with Reception with Courtney to evaluations from the medical team Mr. Miller and Ms. Clemmons a solid experience and completely satisfied. Thank you for your polite, professional and prepared medical and administrative staff in assisting in my acute medical needs and continued health.
