- BDBrianna Drake4 days ago2.0I hate to start a review this way, but the front desk staff is extremely incompetent and unprofessional. Every time I call with even a simple question, I’m made to feel like I’m inconveniencing them. Instead of being helpful or reassuring which is especially important in a medical setting they often come across as dismissive and unwilling to assist patients. Dr. O, is absolutely outstanding. I just wish there was way more intentionality when hiring her front office staff.

- APAnna PiersonMar 18, 20265.0The staff here are very friendly really went above and beyond to get my IUD placed when I was having issues getting records from my last doctor. Dr. Obiekwe placed it very quickly and with MUCH less pain than my previous experience as well. There was a bit of a wait but it was well worth it and not any longer than most of the doctors my kids or I have seen here in Opelika.

I arrived 10 minutes early; had to wait over an hour to get into a room, wait another 15-20mins to be seen, was rushed through my appointment, and the doctor put incorrect instructions on the prescription label. When I called back, I was completely dismissed. The receptionist basically told me to get over it because it was one doctor seeing everyone so mistakes will be made. Additionally, I have had several annual exams, and while they are not comfortable, they have never been down right painful like this one was.

Other than that the wait times are ridiculous there’s no reason i should have an appointment scheduled at 8:30 but don’t get called back until an hour later..
