Slowest doctors office ever. I came up here for a drug screen and physical and been waiting for 3 hours. I'm still waiting.

I have been to this urgent care several times, but this time I waited an hour in the waiting area then an hour and a half in the back. That is ridiculous. I had to come out of the room twice to ask when the Doctor/NP would come to see us. I will go somewhere else if I know that doctor/NP is on duty.

Making an appointment was a good idea. There wasn't a wait at all.The nurse was caring and helpful; however the Nurse Practitioner, Rachel was not. She acted as if she was afraid to touch or come near me. I was there about my ears. She told me everything was clear when the nurse had already told me it was not. Then she rushed me out without really explaining anything. Totally disappointing.
I tried to find a patient survey so that I didn't have to resort to a public review, but this needs to be seen by management at AFC Tiger Town. I have had multiple appointments at AFC Tiger Town without issues, but my experience with the staff was so horrible during my visit yesterday that I was sobbing in my exam room. I have a few major concerns that need to be addressed:
1. My room was not cleaned from the last patient - I have proof that I'm happy to email to a manager.
2. I was actually yelled at after bringing this to the attention of the women behind the counter in the back of the clinic.
3. I was met with hostility as soon as I walked in presumably because I asked too many questions that the woman behind the front desk didn't want to take the time to answer.
4. I could hear these same women who got aggressive with me yell at two other patients during my visit - loud enough that the whole building could hear it.
Interaction with receptionist:
I will start from the beginning with as many details as I can remember. Keep in mind that through all of this I was in a lot of pain and was seeking medical care - as are most people who step foot into a clinic; the last thing sick people want from the people are meant to care for them is aggression and beratement. I went to the clinic Thursday night for help, but the kind woman behind the counter that night told me that I should come back Friday morning because it was a 3 hour wait that night. I said thank you and came back on Friday morning around 9:15 am. The new woman behind the counter was unprofessional from the start - there was no "how can I help you" or any other form of greeting. She just stared at me like I was already a bother to her. I said I was a walk in and she pointed to the QR code to scan. I filled out my forms, walked back and simply asked her how long she thought the wait would be. She looked at me and said with attitude "I don't know." I was thrown off because the other woman had no issue telling me it would be 3 hours, and at every clinic I've ever been too they are able to tell you how long it will be. I was not asking for the time because I am impatient, but instead because I was in a lot of pain and nauseous and the thought of sitting in a waiting room for 3 hours when I could have better luck at another clinic seemed counterproductive. I responded with "Oh well I was just wondering if it was still a 3 hour wait like last night because the other lady told me to come back this morning to avoid that." She snapped back with the kind of tone you would speak to a 3 year old with and said "I don't know. I cannot tell you that." She then told me to sign my copay and threw the papers at me. I waited for around a hour in the waiting room.
Interaction with the lady who took my vitals:
This woman was extremely kind. Honestly, my interactions with her were enough to make me forget about how awful the receptionist had been. Her attitude and demeanor was exactly what I was used to interacting with in a medical setting.
Interaction with the 2 women sitting behind the counter in the back:
After being dropped off at my examination room and waiting for an hour with no-one coming to check on me, I decided to lay down because, again, I was in a lot of pain. There was a piece of paper that was sitting on the examining table when I walked in, but I thought it was something with my information like my vitals on it. When I went to lay down, I knocked the paper off the table. When I picked it up and actually looked at it closer I found that it was a receipt for another patient from 2:06 pm the day before, with their name and information. My first thought was if this table had been cleaned and the paper on it had been changed, in what world would this receipt from 2:06 pm from the day before have gotten left sitting on top of the paper on the table. (I am unable to type the rest because I ran out of space. Please provide me with a way to contact the manager - I have not even described the worst part yet, and I am happy to remove this review once this is resolved).
