  In visited Main Street Urgent Care in Oneonta, AL today. Reception and taking of my vitals, consultation with assistant nurse practitioner and nurse practioner, calling in my prescription, advice to make sure to accompany the taking of antibiotics with probiotics, timeliness of medicine availability were all excellent, accompanied by compassion and encouragement.

  This was the first exceptional experience we’ve had at this location thanks to Dr. Coutch. Very attentive and made our visit as worry free as possible for our little one!

  Waited more than 1.5hr at the other urgent care in town and that's with signing in online prior to arrival. 10 min wait time at MainSt. Helpful, courteous staff.

  I always love coming here there always so nice and friendly you dont have to wait long and me and my son hate going to doc but here its nice clean and staff are so kind and friendly and helpful

  Always friendly. They genuinely care about my son. They take care of him to the best of their ability. He loves to come here for quick care and he is comfortable with the staff. I think they like seeing him just as much! Thanks urgent care staff for loving my 6’4 12 year old!!
