- MMM MApr 2, 20263.0I'm only giving 3 stars because Dr Melton and her nursing staff are phenomenal. Reception is awful. Very rude & unprofessional. The reception supervisor was dressed VERY inappropriately for work. Wearing an extremely short dress and heels that were about 3-4 inches high. It's very hard to get in on the phones to make an appointment or even check the status of one without being placed on hold for extended periods of time or just flat out being hung up on. Reception there has taken a nose dive in recent years. The girls that worked up front in the old building were great! One works in the back now and the others no longer work there...

Dr. Glidden is his new doctor and she was very helpful and tentative to his needs. She listen to my concerns and she quickly got everything done that we needed her to do. They were so professional, kind, friendly and helpful. My family have decided to make them our new primary care providers. One of the receptionist was extra helpful and understanding!! Her name is TROUBLE🥰🥰🥰
