At our first meeting, he came in, sat down and said..."tell me about you". I pointed to my teeth and he said...."no no no, tell me about you as a person". For several long minutes he listened with sincere interest as I told him about who I was, etc. In my long years visiting Dentist, I have never encountered a Dentist that seemingly cared about me as an individual before becoming a patient. When he proceeded to fill a couple of cavities, he used a technique totally new to me that caused me to forget the Novocain being administered. Going back for implants and a new bridge to b build.
