I have consistently experienced courteous and respectful interactions with all staff members during each visit. It’s utterly ridiculous and unacceptable that you charge a patient a $50 charge for paying cash when your insurance’s copayment is only $30. I was not happy about that at all,

I want to make other patients aware of a serious issue I experienced with this office’s billing process. A claim from December 7, 2024 was not processed until recently—over 15 months later. Because of this delay, I’m now being required to pay the balance out of pocket, and I’m unable to seek reimbursement through my HSA since the submission deadline has already passed.
Patients should be aware of potential delays in claims processing and consider following up regularly to avoid unexpected financial consequences. This situation has been frustrating, and I hope the office improves its billing practices moving forward.
