I had a 2:20 PM appointment and was not called back until after 4:00 PM. Then, they did not have correct orders. It was a very disappointing experience. The signage said be respectful of staff. I was. It’s not their problem. It’s management not having respect for patients.

Have not been able to have my eyes looked at here for a little while due to other medical reasons. They were very understanding and as caring and careful as always. Dr. Patel is very thorough and explains things completely, in terms I can understand, besides being very nice! I’m glad I was paired with her this time and will be happy to see her in the future. My technicians, whose names are sadly did not get, or very careful and consider it as well, caring attitude makes all the difference when you’re concerned about something with your eyes. Thank you guys!

My wait time was over an hour, to initially be called back. However, they do have posted that they are short staffed. I must say Kim really brings a lot of positive energy and light to the business. She’s very kind, professional and thorough. It’s the first time (after being a patient there over 20 years) to have someone explain every detail of what’s being doing to me. She s awesome!
