  Wish I could give zero stars but arrived on time signed into kiosk sat in waiting area 30 minutes okay cool I guess get to the back mind you no one but me and 2 other people were there got into the room she took my vitals left 15 minutes later a women comes in says oh wrong room you just got here (no actually been here almost an hour) she leaves I continue to sit for another 45 minutes I hear nurses laughing so I leave will not be back ……

  Very unprofessional! No one to greet you upon entering. My visit was for a pre-employment examination. The first young lady came in with a pre-filled TB syringe, she did not explain anything except that she rather give my shot in the right arm as opposed to the left arm because of my tattoos- understandable. She stuck me twice with the same needle, and not once leaving a TB wheal (fluid bubble under the skin). The second young lady came in with what I assumed was a pre-filled syringe to re-administer the PPD/skin test (3rd stick)- still no bubble under the skin and no fluid left on the skin. I feel as though nothing was in the syringe, she just went through the motion. The second young lady came back into the room to obtain my blood pressure ONLY but did not tell me the results prior to leaving the room. On my paperwork, 98.3 was documented, but never once did anyone check my temperature. I must say that the nurse practitioner was very thorough with her head to toe assessment- thank you. Being that I'm nurse of 22 years, I expect more than our youth coming into the medical field are willing to give their patients (appearance and mannerism are important)🤔

  Set an appointment, then got text saying appointment was moved 30 minutes later, then arrived at second appointment time (10 mins early) and after sitting down got text saying appointment was canceled. Requested assistance at kiosk as there is no receptionist. First rep hung up on me then second rep stated she saw no appointment, then stated my name was called in lobby and I wasn’t present. Then staff came to lobby while I was taking to rep to say they called my name and I was not in lobby. I responded “yeah I left until I came back 10 mins early to appointment” she just kept repeating I wasn’t there when my name was called, completely sidestepping the fact that they apparently called me prior to my appointment time, and because I was not there they canceled it versus admitting they were in the wrong by coming to the lobby to retrieve me more than 10 minutes before my stated appointment time. Like I stated before I made sure to come back to the lobby by 1135 for an 1146 appointment. Instead of just coming back to retrieve me at the appointment time they said they canceled my appointment altogether. I was told my only option was to re-register for another appointment all over again. The only reason why I agreed to do so is because I felt like waiting again somewhere else would be just as time-consuming as waiting here. This whole process begin at 10:55 AM and I was not seen until 1215 for an appointment that was initially set for 1115 and then moved to 11:46 AM. I will never go back again, and I would suggest that if you do need to go to an urgent care, don’t go here unless you have nothing else to do for the day and want to be glued to a lobby for hours on the off chance that your appointment is moved forward by 30 minutes, Every minute of which they apparently want you to stay in the lobby on the off chance that they can call you back early, which would have been fine with me except when I wasn’t there they canceled said appointment versus at least waiting for my appointment time to pass to cancel. If you choose to go here, you are setting yourself up for a very long process and unnecessary agitation. You have been warned, hoping you take this warning for your own convenience :)

  I'm not really a review leaver, but after my excellent experience yesterday I feel the need to brag a little. It was my first time having an all female team.. big shoutout to Brooks, Angela, and Mia as they were AWESOME! From a mid-thirties female perspective having other women with great demeanor & a genuine sense of caring put my anxieties at ease & made it more comfortable for me to express what I thought I needed. I felt heard & seen, and the trip was very quick - maybe an hour & a half. Thank you ladies for making me not want avoid my next doctor's visit. I'm about to make you my primary care people.
