Horrible. Waited an hour and a half for a nurse to ask us about our recommendations on treatment for kid who had the flu. Then she sprayed herself down with lysol at the end of the appt so "she wouldn't catch it." If that's your ppe protocol, something is wrong. No wonder the place is also disgusting.

My wife and I brought our young son to this pediatric urgent care because he had been running a fever over 100°F for more than a day, along with coughing, sneezing, and significant congestion. Given his history of ear infections, we were concerned he might have another one. After waiting over an hour to be seen (which we understand can happen when they’re busy), we spoke with the nurse about his symptoms. The nurse practitioner then entered the room and immediately asked us to explain why we were there. Before we could even finish describing his symptoms, she cut us off and dismissed our concerns, stating that he was “just teething” and that a fever of 100.9°F “isn’t a real fever.” When we insisted that his symptoms were more serious than teething, she doubled down, claiming he didn’t have a runny nose, cough, sneezing, or a serious fever. It took persistent advocacy on our part for her to finally agree to examine his ears. Sure enough, he had a severe ear infection. Had we accepted her initial assessment, we would have left without proper treatment after wasting over two hours of our time. While we understand that children can have overlapping symptoms, the dismissive attitude and complete disregard for our concerns as parents felt incredibly disrespectful and unprofessional. Parents know their children best, and being brushed off like that when seeking care for a sick child is unacceptable. I would not recommend this urgent care to anyone with a young child.

The NP Adelaide Stoudemire does not have good bedside manners. Both of my children reported how rude she was and she did not throughly ask questions but each question or comment she made were condescending. Do better ma’am! I hope you don’t have children and if you do may the Lord never allow them to experience someone treating them like you did today.

This was my first time visiting any urgent care with my children. It would be nice to have on the website that they will only see one child at a time. I didn’t like the fact that I had to leave 2 of my children unattended. I was very uncomfortable, all kinds of thoughts were going through my mind. I never felt so looked down on or sarcasm as if I did something wrong. The side eyeing and side talking amongst themselves. This place will literally be my last resort the only reason I went this day is because their pcp cancelled their appointment and I needed them seen without waiting for hours at the ER but at the ER I would have gotten both seen at once instead of waiting and leaving 2 unattended.

Horrible experience I will not be back!! They were rude and passive aggressive. They seemed upset my daughter was crying of course she was sick and not feeling well. They stuck the swabs for testing so far up her nose it started bleeding. No one was friendly and seemed irritated because they had to work!! I will not be returning with my kids at all!!
