I have extreme anxiety with the dentist and a little discouraged after that visit. I finally decided to get a second opinion a year later at SmileMakers. I called and made an appointment through the AI scheduler. Today I walked in for my appointment to an absolute spotless office. Everyone had a smile on their face. I was greeted. Unfortunately the AI scheduler did not schedule the appointment. I was fine with making another time/date. The sweet caring worker at the front was adamant that she was going to get me in today. I explained that accidents happen and AI messes up sometimes and I completely understood if they could not work me in. She made sure to work me anyways. I was called to the back by another sweet and caring person. They did many xrays and listened to my concerns. I have not been to a dentist in 10 years. I was fully expecting them to give me worse news. I told them what I had been told at Aspen and very embarrassed of my smile. After seeing the xrays I was told it didnt look as bad as I thought but the doctor is about to come in to look. I waited maybe 5 minutes and the doctor walked in. I was told I only needed a good cleaning and 2 teeth pulled and a filling. The dentist was so compassionate and professional. I have already called so many people to recommend them and to tell how great they were to me. I am so excited to get these teeth fixed and straightened. Im so thankful for them.
