    The staff has always been very good to me and you couldn't ask for a better Dr. than Dr.Holt good manners and tells you what is wrong I have been using him for more than 20 years

    I've been under Dr. Holt's care for almost a decade, and I can confidently say that my interactions with him have always been top-notch. From my very first visit, I was impressed by his professionalism and expertise. Over the years, I've had yearly checkups for a work-related issue, Dr. Holt has consistently provided thorough and attentive care. During my initial visits, Dr. Holt had a fantastic staff who were friendly and genuinely invested in helping patients. They made me feel welcomed and valued, contributing to a positive experience overall. However, in the last five years or so, I've noticed a significant change in Dr. Holt's staff. Unfortunately, the once-friendly atmosphere has been replaced by rudeness and disrespect. It's disheartening to see how drastically the level of customer service has declined. As someone who has benefited from Dr. Holt's expertise, I would still recommend him to anyone in need of medical care. However, I hope that he addresses the issues within his staff to ensure that all patients are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
