Shay and Tamieka were very friendly and provided prompt services, support and answers. Thank you for a great visit.
I took my babies to this location and Q & Shay were very attentive and sweet the whole time. I love this location when I can’t get my babies in to see their primary doctor!

This place is very slow and has terrible service. You have to call from the lobby to talk to someone in the back because the kiosk is the receptionist. I brought my child to get a school physical and we paid for everything and left the form to be signed by a physician. We returned after 3 days to pick it up and no one came out so we checked in the kiosk to let them know we were here for pickup. After 30 minutes of no one coming out we left because I figured it wasn't ready or something. A week after the physical I returned again and this time someone came out after 30 minutes to say the form had just been sent to the physician to be signed. I had to wait another hour just to pick up.

If i could rate this location zero stars, i would. For starters, i get a text that my appointment time needed to be moved forward 1 hr (not a big deal). I arrive to find not one human being at the front except for 3 more aggravated patients who said theyd been there over an hr without speaking with anyone besides a kiosk. I actually told a girl coming in that unless she was ok with a long wait then just go somewhere else. I finally get called back after an hr of waiting in the lobby and get berated by a nurse telling me i was wrong for turning the girl away. I told her that what i tell others is none of her concern. I then get my vitals taken and sent to a room, where i wait 10 more minutes before a nurse comes in to ask what my issue was (i needed an oral antibiotic for an ear infection) she asks my medications and i basically had to spell it out for her like she was in preschool and kept misunderstanding me even though i was speaking clear as day. She leaves, then another 10 minutes later comes back with a strep test. I wasnt there experiencing strep symptoms and tried to decline it but she fought me saying she HAD to do it, so i just let her because whatever gets me out faster. Another 15 mins go bybefore i see the dr, who wasnt even a doctor, just another CRNP but she didnt disclose that upon introducing herself. She orders an oral antibiotic as well as an antibiotic injection, but also never tells me which drugs which was another red flag for me. She leaves and another 20 minutes goes by and nobody came by to give the injections. So i peek out the door to ask what's up. The girl i initially spoke to (that scolded me) made direct eye contact with me, but instead of asking if i needed anything she turned right back to her computer. I spoke up and said hey i get yall may be shortstaffed, but that is no excuse for rude behavior and lack of communication. I then walked out without the injection and picked up my oral antibiotic which was already ready at my pharmacy and my husband had my kids in tge car waiting on me and they were getting antsy. I will never go back and I really do feel like my care was affected by my choosing to help that other girl save time by telling her to go sonewhere else.
Notice that 10 of last 11 reviews are 1 and 2 stars. Think about that. They have 2.6 Stars on Yelp.
Just came back from there after 2 hours of waiting with not even an acknowledgement. Facility has no coffee cups, no toilet papers in toilet, and staff are laughing in the back but have no genuine care for the patients.
They are behind a closed door, and it never opened up except for when a patient came out from being seen. There was an elderly couple who was also waiting, and a lady in for a job screening, and were all just forced to wait with no telling on how long the wait would be. Yes, it was on a Sunday, and yes, I understand that they also see kids at the practice, but... When I had arrived, there were 3 kids and 0 adults in the waiting area. 2 hours without anyone coming out to say 'oh there are 7 people in front of you' or even acknowledging that we are there.
Their automated check in system tells you 'You may experience a few minutes of wait' but... not an hours.
When a lady had an inquiry a rep opened the door, and I used that chance to ask 'how many people were ahead of me' and told that that I was planning on leaving if it was going to be too long. She got my name and went back, and must have forgot about the task, because I didn't hear back for another 8 minutes, which is when I decided to leave.
They have the pre-register and automated check-in process, but it obviously does not operate based on actual availability/wait times as you're being forced to wait another hour afterwards.
With all this being said... please at least check the bathrooms and refreshment area to make sure they are clean and that customers have access to the basic necessities. Thank you.
