On November 8, 2025, I took a pair of my eyeglasses to Lens Crafter in order to see if they could repair the arm. The associate, Valerie looked at the eyeglasses and indicated she could repair them as they only needed screws replaced. The associate found screws she had wasn’t working. She indicated that her manager would be in later today and he would be able to find the appropriate screws to repair my eyeglasses. I left my eyeglasses and that evening Valerie contacted me and stated that her manager had repaired my eyeglasses. She stated there was no charge for the repair. I was very happy to have my eyeglasses repaired as they were a favorite pair. I just want to Thank the associate, Valerie and her manager for working diligently to assist me in repairing my eyeglasses. I was impressed with their professionalism and kindness at this store. Thanks again Lens Crafter for repairing my favorite pair of eyeglasses. I would give you all a score of one hundred as a result of excellent customer service.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
