  Poor poor poor poor company please stay away !!!! My husband came to this company with high expectations, but his expectations were which really this was a company a poor, poor company. This company is now under new management from the owners that are from Hawaii. Their other branch is in Pensacola, Florida They do not care about the employees at all. To be honest. I really don’t think that they care about the clients that they are serving. They have put numerous pressure on the HR department to hire anyone that is not qualified to be a caregiver Stacey and her husband have no knowledge of the business at all. They are extremely incompetent in my opinion because this has been addressed by our manager Stephanie that says that they do not care about this company and also Dolores who is our H&R says the same about the owners.For example they have not provided adequate insurance for their employees and have not compensated other employees for their 401(k). They do not believe in encouraging employees to do their best with incentives, they are a company that I would not work for nor have a family member being assisted by their staff. According to Stephanie , the manager and Dolores, the H&R department, they only care about getting individuals in to take care of clients even though they may not have the right background. Please be aware of this company. Also, Stacey‘s husband has threatened the HR department if they don’t comply with their policy and procedures, even though it may not be right by state laws.

  5 stars. Hands down. Home Instead came into our lives when my mother was in the hospital with an injury. I was given multiple companies to choose from and thankfully made the right decision. The caregivers were with us for about a year through some of the hardest situations. I would highly recommend this company if you or your family needs any kind of in home assistance. Diana Ford
