I don’t usually do this but the man that assisted me yesterday seem like he was irritable and really did not want to help. Some how my daughter back feel off her nebulizer and I wanted to see how I could get another he told me to call the manufacturer so I asked for the number he told me I would look it up. I googled and found the number they had no problem with giving her a new 1 why did he not suggest this in the first place. My daughter is 1 years old if I seen a mother that was in dire need I would have done everything in my will to help but that’s me. Parents beware when getting your machine from here I should have took her prescription to mulberry st but went there because they are right by her doctors office.

Terrible customer service. Gave me false information regarding me getting a new CPAP machine. It took my insurance representative to contact them on my behalf. I did not receive my initial defective and recalled CPAP from this provider and I did not receive the inadequate replacement CPAP from this provider but yet each time my doctor sent my prescription and order for a new CPAP to this provider I was told by this provider my insurance would not cover it because it had not been 4 years since receiving my initial CPAP. Which was a lie from the pit of hell. My insurance company had previously told me it was 3 years from the initial date from the last CPAP. After the last refusal from this provider, I contacted my insurance company again. The insurance rep again stated it was 3 years and not 4.
She then called At Home Medical and stated At Home Medical's employee stated I was refused because the replacement CPAP would cost them money to return. This is unacceptable and they should be ashamed of this type of behavior for giving false information to a potential customer and telling the insurance company a whole different reason for refusal to service. At Home Medical never took the time to ask me any questions to understand my issues. I found out from my doctor on yesterday the inadequate replacement CPAP from the manufacturer had not recorded my sleeping pattern since the day I received it in August and started using it. I was without a CPAP for almost a year waiting for a replacement due to the recall. Because of this reason, my doctor faxed over another request to At Home Medical. They again refused me. I do not recommend this durable equipment provider AT ALL. I have never used them before. I took the chance and chose them to service me. Unfortunately, me wanting to become a customer was not acceptable for them. Since finding out why I was not serviced by this provider, I reached out to another durable medical equipment provider and they were much more professional and caring. I have no doubt this new company will fulfill my request since my insurance company and my doctor have approved it. Beware. If you have a similar situation as I, be sure to contact your insurance company that you pay premiums to and find out if the reason a provider will not service you is legitimate or made up for selfish reasons as this company did to me. Hopefully, you will find another provider and take your business elsewhere like I have.

Visited office on Tuesday and front desk person stated the person who does the setup would call me the next business day which was Wednesday. Today is Thursday and no one has made an attempt to contact me. I called back myself to see if I could speak with someone, but no answer.
