  The practitioner did not know what she was doing. She told me to look in patient's ear to see. She was unsure what to prescribe then we told her call medicine in to Walgreens because adams drugs was closed and she still called to adams drugs causing my husband to suffer with pain all night. I'm thinking of filing a lawsuit for negligence but we will never go again . At one point she was taking so long because it was after closing I stepped out and said y'all not going to forget and leave us in here and her response was we might very unprofessional.

  First of all I would love to say thank you so much for the greetings was awesome The hospitality with number one The doctor and the nurse was top notch everybody cares about the patients I love it.

  I think its pretty sad that when you're in pain and you get an x-ray done no one can read it at urgent care! You call the next day and it still hasn't been read they can't tell you anything! Why is this an issue if this company is seeing customers and they call this an urgent care apparently nothing is urgent about it!

  Very good visit ! The lady at the front desk helped me send a paper from my phone to their email address. I wasn’t sure how. I wish I would’ve got the nurses name that helped me with my vision, blood pressure and all my other test. Very very sweet lady.

  I arrived at 9:15 for a prescription renewal of a medication I’ve been consistently taking since January 2021. I left at 12:15 due to my NP being difficult. Prescription renewal has never been an issue. My NP Marilyn Williams refused to renew my prescription without further tests. I believe she saw an opportunity to meet her production goals and run up my medical bill. To my dismay after the visit concluding I went to Walgreens to pick up my prescription and she wrote me the wrong amount. She wrote 1/day for 30 days when my dosage is 2 1/2/day for 30 days. My health is in jeopardy due to this.
