  Short waiting time and everyone was professional. I like being able to complete the whole sign in process and paperwork on line.

  A word to the wise…AFC PriMed Taylor Crossing no longer takes Medicare/Tricare4Life. The government evidentially doesn’t pay enough or quick enough! It’s always about the money and not the patient.

  Book an appointment for 2:20. Didn’t get called back until 3:15. What’s the point of booking an appointment. When they decide who they see first. I was only one in line, but the proceeded to bring multiple people back that walked in after me with no appointment. Then when asked they said they were gonna bring me to a room. Just for me to sit in a room for another 30+ minutes before being seen.

  Everything was great! The staff was friendly. The lady at the front desk was professional and helpful. The wait time was very reasonable. The facility was clean and welcoming. The sign in process was user friendly. My issue was resolved. Thanks to everyone who assisted me. I have and will continue to return.

  I woke up feeling extremely ill and could barely hold my head up. I was experiencing body aches, coughing, and a runny nose. I had originally scheduled an appointment at another location, but while driving I decided to stop at this location instead because I simply did not feel well enough to continue driving. When I walked in and saw that Dr. Jessie Austin was the MD on duty, it immediately put me at ease. He was absolutely amazing—very kind, informative, and attentive. I truly cannot say enough good things about him. The young lady at the front desk also appeared very professional. She seemed a bit shy and reserved, but she was polite and helpful. Overall, my experience was excellent.
