Poor delivery of care. Despite being the only patient I arrived at 330- I left an hour and a half later without a necessary test, having seen the nurse practitioner (? The provider didn’t not offer their credentials at all. ) for approximately 5 minutes and with a promise that 3 prescriptions would be called in immediately. 24 hours later no prescriptions were available and after 3 separate conversations with the clinic one of the three prescriptions were available due to the clinics failure to prescribe. Also, the restroom was not clean, lacking toilet paper, paper towels and the flush lever was broken. Overall I found the care I received to be unsatisfactory at every level.
The young woman that was responsible for taking my vitals, and was obviously assigned to assist me during my procedure, was absoultely awful. Initially she took issue with the last time I was at the clinic. My appointment was at 4pm and I did not leave until 7:20 pm. When I arrived there were only two people in the waiting area. She called me and the 2other ladies back after 5pm. I had to leave the room 3 times to get her attention. She obviously was not prepared for the job she was performing. I waited an hour after the Doctor saw me before she came in to performing the test the Doctor requested. I was the last person to leave the center.I will never go back to that center again, and I will post the service I recieved on Social media. I was just seen at this clinic 4days ago. The staff was professional. I was obviously upset, and the gentleman at the front desk was shocked that I was just leaving the clinic. The young woman that assisted me according to the paperwork was SHA'TERRA GLADNEY. Hopefully someone will actually read these comments.

The care was sufficient, however my pharmacy did not receive my prescription. I called afc and someone continued to hang up . So on the next day I drove back to afc. The receptionist was on the phone and didn’t seem to care about my problem. I hope she passed the information to the doctor. I went to 4 pharmacies looking for meds

I visited 3/28 for orbital cellulitis. I was told by Araisa that I could not be seen today until my overdue fee from Sept 2025 was paid. I said I hadn't received notice be email text or snail mail and also I had been seen on Mar 8 just a few weeks ago and no one mentioned the bill. She stated I would need to call billing services so I got the print out and saw that the bill was not from Sept '25 but from my last visit Mar 8th. She acknowledged that was correct but I would still need to call and pay before being seen. I asked to speak with a manager and she said there wasn't one. I went to make a call to billing but they are closed on weekends. I cant believe your staff wouldn't know this. So, I have no way to make the payment, or be seen for this infection until Monday without being charged 100s for and emergencyroom visit. I dont understand why I couldn't be bypassed to be seen on a Saturday for an infection that is serious and should not wait treatment for 2 more days.

Only reason I can't give a five star is because of the wait after opening and the staff not speaking up and saying we will be with you momentarily because they opened at 8:00 and didn't start taking patients for almost an hour and my appointment was at 8:10 am and all my online paperwork/documents were submitted and accepted. So they have this to me new system where it's all online and I absolutely love it. I come from the paper and clipboard days but being able to set my appointment comfortably at home, submit all my documents and all I have to do it pay my copay when I arrive. YaY!!
So the check in upon arrival is amazing, it's like a silent IN YOUR FACE to entitled people rushing to be first. The staff were very professional and they took medical red flags serious. Each person who came in my room were patient and detailed with explaining so I could understand. My prescriptions were sent before I left the building and all my documents were sent through text. Everything Is convenient! My prescriptions were ready 1 hour after leaving so I could start resolving my issue immediately. All these other doctors check my blood pressure and knew I needed medication and they claim they are not bandaid doctors and are detailed Im diagnosing but this visit was the only one who prescribed medicine for my condition instead of watching me walk out in possible stroke range. I recommend this Urgent Care to everyone!!!
