  The staff needs to be more friendly and respectful. Bathrooms need to be cleaned better.  No one needs to be rude and assume someone is smoking or has done drugs before a drug test. And also, experienced people should be the ones giving the vaccinations. Not someone who isn’t completely comfortable and confident in her work and has just started out. Thanks.

  I went in for a chest pain paid $75.00 for the provider to tell me we don’t have all of the supplies to do a full chest check. So I paid 75.00 for them to tell me to go to the Emergency Room. Might I add it was close to closing time so I really think that’s why too. Bad experience

  Was a fast wait and the people were very professional. The PA on duty was very informative and took time to give me some suggestions even though it was just a sinus infection that I get ever year.. was very professional.

  The staff were very respectful and friendly. I went two days in a row. The first day, I took my mother who was sick. I ended up getting sick the next day, so I went and checked in. Jamal was there both days, and he and the crew took really good care of us!!! He even found me a bed, and put a cool towel on my head for my fever until my triage nurse came in. He went above and beyond to help me feel better. This location is super convenient for us!!! Thank you guys for getting my mother and me better!!!

  I had an excellent experience at American Family Care on Atlanta Highway. From start to finish, the process was seamless—booking my appointment was quick and easy, and I was seen in a very timely manner with minimal wait time. The staff was professional, welcoming, and efficient, which made the visit even more pleasant. The treating physician truly stood out by taking the time to thoroughly explain my symptoms and walk me through my care options in a way that was both informative and reassuring.
