- CCCourtney CulwellMar 24, 20261.0I went and gave my insurance info and they told me I was not on the plan (that I literally used a few weeks ago at urgent care). when I called my insurance company to ensure I was on the plan, and was informed that I AM, the person at the office still kept telling me I was not on the plan so insurance could not cover it. Extremely weird that my name is on the plan at every other medical office and urgent care but not this one.
