I had a really great experience today. The doctor and nurse were both kind, patient, and very professional. They took the time to listen to me and made me feel comfortable during a stressful situation. I truly appreciate the care I received—thank you.

Showed up @ 912 am went through the kiosk check in procedure which specifically asked me for a check in time. I sat down thinking I was checked in. I waited an hour with my sick son in the waiting room before I talked to someone who informed me I was never checked in the kiosk system here is horrible I would look for other options of urgent care help I’ve never had an urgent care experience this horrible

Highly recommend filling everything out online before your appointment! Everyone was great and we were there for less than 2 hours and were very well taken care of!

First of all there is no one at the front to talk to except a kiosk. Noone here wants to help you. I sat in a room for over an hour. No one came to check in me. They said they close at 8:00pm. It's now 8:04pm and I'm still waiting for someone to come in. They won't talk to you until you make a payment. This is the worst place I have ever been to see a DR. Which is actually a physician's assistant. No freaking Dr. So who is my insurance paying? Because this is not what I came here for. Do not bring your family here. The staff are rude also.

Only pressed one star to leave the comment. The blonde Dr needs to freshen up her attitude and bedside manner. As in being triaged in a room she burst in without mocking to reprimand the nurse or medical assistant. She never said excuse me or sorry for the interruption just barged in and left as nasty as she came in. I left because I would not be comfortable trusting her to care for me.
