I always use this location when my kids get sick and they are always so good to us! My oldest boy saw Dishante Brown, NP the other day & my little one saw Wayde Thompson, NP today. Both great experiences! We schedule online ahead of time so the wait is never long, and all of the assistants there are super friendly. They also always call in our medications very quickly, which is much appreciated! Thanks again to a great staff!

Dr. Wendy is very nice but it’s impossible to get in touch with them. They called me this morning urging me to call them back and when I try to call back it’s just an automated system that puts you on a list. Then when they call back they immediately put you on hold and never pickup. Absolutely ridiculous. Hire a receptionist or something. And I guess I’ll never know the reason why they called me.

This is our go to when the kids wake up sick but it has been going downhill for the past year or so. I can’t remember the last time there was coffee or tea and forget about bottled water. The bathroom is even dirty from what looks like the previous day since we arrived at 8 and the bathroom was already unclean. Once back the staff is great and the wait isn’t too bad. It’s just a shame the waiting room looks like they don’t care at all.

We took our 21 month old here for a high fever while on vacation. We walked in and the waiting room has been rearranged differently then the pictures online and could definitely be cleaned a little better. Also the coffee/water bar they have is a great idea but it was completely empty when we were there. I also didn’t realize it was a kiosk and not a real person. The kiosks were very slow and After trying multiple times to register on the tablet I registered on my phone instead and that went a lot quicker. The rooms are very bare and appear to be a bit dirty. The waiting time wasn’t terrible and I’m pretty sure they were very understaffed. Our nurse and Nurse practitioner were wonderful. Very sweet and listened to our concerns and very patient with our daughter. I did request that my daughters ears be checked due to a previous ear infection that she had just finished antibiotics for and they were not checked but my daughter was very upset after being swabbed for flu and Covid so I do not really fault them for forgetting. I honestly forgot to remind the provider before she left the room because my daughter was so upset. However my daughter was provided tamiflu and after consulting with our pediatrician back home they recommended that she not take it and just let her flu A run its course. This could just be a provider preference so also not going to fault them for this. Overall we had a good experience but this place could use a good cleaning and update on their check in kiosks. Our providers were wonderful but I definitely think them being understaffed at this location can effect the quality of patient care.

I went there to get check, the nurse that got me acted like she completely hate her job, not only she was rude she also was really bad at her job make me a lot of damage taking a blood sample and giving me a shot, i have bruises because of her negligence. I put 2 stars because atleast the doctor was very friendly and kind but they really need to find some new nurses.
