  I went today to pick some glasses & Michael (the general manager) came right on over to help & when I say he's nothing less of AMAZING. I love his personality, he's just amazing overall. We definitely need more customer service that he provides. Thankssssss Michael 🥰🤞🏽

  Very rude when answering the phone, cant get through goes to vm or they pick up and hang up. Called back they just put me on hold didnt even answer. Yeah no thanks. If they treat their customers like that on the phone then you are just a number. Sat on hold for 5 min.

  The young lady that helped us was very sweet. She obviously was helping customers over the phone and us at the same time. But, she was excellent at multitasking because she still was able to give my 10 year old her full attention. This was his first time getting glasses. His glasses were ready in 22 minutes!

  Wonderful experience here. Dr. Franklin and staff are so friendly and accommodating! The process was relatively quick despite how many people were there and overall a great experience. Debra in the glasses area was so thorough and patient. Couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you!!

  Staff was very pleasant. The wait to see Dr. Franklin was a little lengthy but I used that time to pick out frames. The ladies over in eyewear were very friendly and helpful. When I arrived to pick up my glasses the gentleman in the back was super nice, making sure my glasses fit to my satisfaction. Overall experience was GREAT!
