  0/10 would not recommend. Terrible experience with Brian, the owner, who is actively misrepresenting his credentials (claiming to be a “Licensed Nutritional Therapist” when he is not - that term does not even exist in the US) as well as practicing things outside of his scope of practice (which he admits to on his own website) and when called out on it, does not care. A formal report has been made with the Alabama Board of Dietetics and Nutritionists. They are still actively investigating and coming to an official decision, but have already validated that my concerns are founded.

  Brian at CrossFit is awesome flexible gym hour workout plan according to your needs staff is awesome very knowledgeable go by give it a try you won't be disappointed

  Awesome place, staff and trainers are knowledgeable and great to work with. They work had to make sure you get the most and best out of your time there. I recommend this place to anyone who is look to challenge themselves to get better, faster, and stronger.

  Dropped in a few times while in town for business. Super friendly and knowledgeable coach. It's a smaller gym but they keep the classes small so coaching can stay in point. I'd recommend this box for beginners and seasoned crossfiters alike!
