She was not covered with a towel or anything else..nude from her head to her toe!!!! Indecency in a public facility should be prohibited!!!! 🚫 In addition, a lady at the (Schillinger Rd location)walked out of the shower and stood in to front of the mirror with her breast hanging..she made zero efforts to prevent herself from being exposed! I find this behavior very offensive and disrespectful and I do not pay my hard-earned money to be uncomfortable!!!! Everyone should be required to cover up with a towel, robe etc. to cover their body parts. I reported this behavior to the attending clerk, he seemed concerned about my complaint, my one and only reason for reporting this is to ensure that the owner or senior leadership has knowledge of this incident and so that he/she may take the necessary actions to ensure that this never happens again by making this a rule, otherwise I will withdraw my membership and go where there are healthier environments conducive to my work-out experience if this persist!!!! One more thing, the female locker-room was disgusting! Hair was Everywhere!! All in the dressing roomfloors..lots of it on the countertop and underneath the hair-dryer..dirt everywhere!!! Disgusting! I expressed my concern to the attending clerk, he was very concerned, professional and agreeable... Because, I'm honest and fair, on 9/12 the locker-room looked much better...I may need to just start working out at home because this is all TOO MUCH!!!!
