He is always going the extra mile for his clients and is very efficient in his work. He take care of you like you are more than just a customer. He is probably One of the best employees that national seating in Mobility has . In my opinion, he should get a raise for all that he does.

I had to move and I’m told I’m on my own I had to move the bed myself and after I got to my destination I’m told that you all took it down it’s on you! What was I supposed to to do leave the bed?!!! So now I’m sitting here with a 5000 bed I can’t use they refuse to work anything out to get the bed back up my son can’t use it Al all and black guy in office is a nasty rude excuse for office manager I’m a 60 yr old single grandmother and they have just left me on my own with this!!! Sorry excuse for a company!!!!!

I was very impressed with his knowledge and know-how of the ins and outs of the power wheelchair. He explained the difference in the different drives of the power chair and even allowed my son to test drive the chair to make sure of his choice before ordering. He has a pleasant personality and a willingness to make sure all is well. Thank you Jonathan for your patience and your willingness to help us thru the entire process.
