  Best gym I’ve ever joined. Clean , new equipment, AC works great , but best is Dori and Dale , husband wife team who own the place. They are always there it seems and on top of it. Great trainers if want that. 24 hour access. Never a crowd. Check it out.

  Fantastic gym, good selection of equipment, free weights, barbell, squat racks, etc. Very gregarious owners.

  I joined this gym nearly 5 months ago. I have never been a part of a gym like this in my life. I was always a member of gyms that franchise across the US. I did not realize what I was missing before I joined this gym. It honestly feels like family. The community is great. They are super encouraging as you grow, and help you feel like you are a part of the gym, not just a number. This is by far the most inclusive gym that I have ever joined. If you are hesitant or have questions about joining, go by and see them. They will be super helpful and friendly and show you around.

  Best gym I’ve been to and that’s saying a lot because I’ve lived all over the country. Dori and Dale are amazing! Phenomenal personal training and a great neighborhood atmosphere.
