Kim Black is the tech who helped me at this visit. She was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. She was able to update my hearing aids and set them up to take full use of all the features. Not all offices are equal. This location is corporate owned and provided superior service. I highly recommend this location over a privately owned franchise location.

My daughter drove an hour and 20 minutes to take her to the appointment!They said they had canceled her appointment because the could not confirm her appointment!! We had an appointment! We would have canceled if we not coming! I have never heard of such!! Do not use this people!
