Dr.Franklin was very knowledgeable and took his time to explain his findings with me! They also worked my husband in for an exam, even though it was not their day to take walk-ins! He also found the true issue for my husband’s eye problem!!! The office also has a nice selection of glasses too!!! Oh and did I mention both pair of my glasses were ready within 1 hour! Thanks again Dr. Franklin and staff for taking care of our eye health needs!!!

- DHDona HillDec 17, 20255.0Steve and Amber are great! Started with Steve coming outside, when he saw my power chair on the back of my car, to see if there was anything he could do to help me. Amber helped me pick 2 frames I really like and patiently worked on getting the best glasses for me at the best price. Steve started on the lenses before Amber finished and had my glasses ready in 45 minutes. When I returned to pick them up, Amber, working alone, had 4 customers. She kindly and efficiently worked so I didn’t have to wait long. On top of everything else, I love my new glasses! I definitely will be back next year! Also wanted to share that they have great looking frames at great prices. A little girl was loving the ones she was trying on.

The process was fairly quick, customer service with the optometrist's staff, as well as the eyeglass area was wonderful. I'm fairly new to wearing glasses and Dr. Franklin did an Excellent job of explaining what he was doing, where my vision is, and what I need to differently. It wasn't just "read this line." I would highly recommend them.

She was knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and walked us through the process. My son got two pairs of glasses and is extremely happy. I would recommend this store and Ms.Kay. We had our current prescription, so in this case, we did not need an eye exam. We went in at noon, and by 2:15 pm, my son was wearing his glasses 🤓 He got eye glasses and sunglasses, and he looks pretty cool in those sunglasses too. 😎 I am very grateful for the service provided.
