  Absolutely love this studio! The instructors are top-notch, the owner is so friendly and involved, the studio is beautiful, and the classes are killer.

  My only frustration is that I didn't jump in and get the membership sooner. I have done many other types of independent and group workouts in the past. With barre3 there is a significant improvement in my mobility, strength and overall wellbeing. Classes are both fun and challenging. The benefits show physically and mentally. At home, work and definitely on the pickleball court. :) Worth it!

  I enjoy taking the Barre 3 classes. The team is always welcoming. I get a great workout every time. My running has benefited from these classes by getting stronger and gaining better balance.
