    The staff and nurse practitioner Olivia were outstanding very understanding and empathetic for my needs and I don’t want to say thank you also, the coffee was good too

    The staff is nice and seems knowledgeable. However, I needed a chest X-ray and the machine wasn’t working which means that I had to go to the ER. This is the second time this has happened at the same location. It’s irresponsible for any urgent care not to have reliable imaging.

    I made an appointment & the time kept changing. My wife made an appointment the following week & her time kept changing. We both ended up going somewhere. I don’t know what’s going with Main Street appointment system but it’s not working. Oh one last thing, I went to the location & people were coming in & out so the appointment system was working for some people. I guess.

    Had to bring our granddaughter there today and the nurse practitioner and her medical assistant were very nice and helpful but they need more people to help them in there. It was only those 2 in there and it was fairly busy. At least 4 patients were in the waiting area and another 4 or 5 were in the back. That’s a lot for 2 people.

    The service provided was exceptional, warranting a five-star rating for the staff. Their proactive and empathetic approach, particularly in situations where a service like an X-ray cannot be immediately rendered, demonstrates a keen understanding of time-sensitive patient needs. Regarding inquiries about services and insurance, the current automated communication system is not friendly. You have to wait hours before someone calls and I sat on the phone for 15 minutes before actually being connected with the call back (non staff issue) I encountered difficulty in scheduling an appointment via my mobile device. This may be an isolated incident of user error, as other individuals appeared to successfully check in upon arrival with prior online scheduling. Upon arrival, kiosks are available for both appointment scheduling and check-in procedures.
